- Alleviating pain and suffering, making diagnoses, and doing my best to save lives as an ER doctor.
- Reading lots of books (Tools of Titans, Before the Fall, & other bestsellers)
- Yoga 2-4 times per week, weights 2-4 times per week, and battle ropes HIIT!
- Eating kale, spinach, salmon, brown rice, baby broccoli, and eggs.
- Spending time with my wife
- Taking my dog to the dog park.
- Daily 4 minute peaceful warrior workouts.

- Listening to Tim Ferriss' Podcast and ERCAST on iTunes
- Watching these stocks: FIT, EVHC, CMG, ADPT, COST, NOV, JWN
